Account Closure & Suspension

Balance Refund

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the relevant balance (excluding bonuses) may be returned after an investigation is completed. However, if fraud is proven, ok bajji reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance.

Dispute Resolution

The process for resolving any disputes or complaints regarding ok bajji's services is outlined below:
